Exchange and Return Policy

Thanks for shopping with Pamela’s Younique Boutique. We understand that some purchases may not work out and you need to return a purchase!

Store credit is given only.

Store credit will be emailed to you and valid for 60 days.

We must receive your returned within 14 days of your order date, to be eligible for a refund. Once the purchase is processed we will send you an approved confirmation email.

Returns must be scent free: (No stains, no cigarette perfume) unworn, unwashed, with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. Pamela's Younique Boutique has the right to deny any return.

Please include package slip and package form with return.

Sale items and Jewelry are Final cannot be returned.

All customers are responsible for return postage

Once we receive your return please allow 3-5 business days to process your return and issue your store credit to you.

Please report all damage items to customerservice@pyounique.com or call (864)-933-2793 within 48hours after receiving your order.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item for another size, color, etc., you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive the item and inspect & approve your item, we will issue the store credit to you via email. You may then place an order for the desired size using your store credit. We cannot make any promises that the size or color will be available though. All SALES ARE FINAL.
